Quick Summary / Abstract: Staff is requesting a land use action in partnership with the City of Livermore to accept rights of way around Livermore High School to reflect current use and utilization of the campus in order to support campus construction.
Background: Implementation of Measure J improvements at Livermore High School (LHS) continues. As part of this work, encroachment permits will be requested through the City of Livermore (City). Preparation of required encroachment permits, in consultation with the City has identified an item of needed adjustment and clean up to current rights of way, further defined and clarified in Resolution No. 003-21/22. This adjustment is being requested to reflect current LHS and City operations.

Board of Trustee action is required in order to accept this adjustment, which will allow planned improvements at LHS. District staff has worked closely with City staff to identify the adjustment needed. Staff continues to be grateful for this partnership.
Status Staff is requesting our Board of Trustees’ acceptance of fee title to the Property from the City, as described in Resolution No. 003-21/22.

Superintendent's Recommendation: The Superintendent's recommendation is that our Board of Trustees approve Resolution No. 003-21/22, Resolution of the Governing Board Declaring Its Intention to Accept Rights of Way Property from the City of Livermore at the Livermore High School Site.
