Staff will provide an update of our Maintenance, Operations, and Facilities (MOF) Department summer 2021 projects to our Board of Trustees.

Background:
|
Improvement projects were identified for the summer of 2021. The attached list summarizes these projects.
|

Status
:
|
Our MOF Director will present a pictorial summary of the projects completed and nearing completion during our Board meeting.
On April 3, 2020, our Board of Trustees voted unanimously in favor of Resolution No. 051-19/20, Designating Public Works Projects as Essential Government Functions and Delegating Authority to Designate Further Public Works Projects as Essential Government Functions. These projects have been designated as essential government function public works projects.

Fiscal Impact

The various projects are funded by Developer Fees, Parcel Tax Measure G, Bond Measure J, and our MOF budget.
