Background:

In order to keep our District up-to-date and in compliance with changes in the laws, new and revised policies and regulations are often recommended or adopted by our Board of Education.

The following proposed revised Board Policy/Administrative Regulation is being presented according to current Board of Education Policy Bylaw 9310 – Policy Development and Adoption Process.
• BP/AR 5113.2 Work Permits – revised
BP/AR 5113.2 Work Permits - Policy updated to reflect NEW LAW (AB 908, 2020) which prohibits consideration of grades, grade point average, or school attendance in the event of an extended campus closure due to a natural disaster, pandemic, or other emergency.
