Quick Summary / Abstract:
Background: In order to support organizational needs, and in keeping with Efficiency Study recommendations, the existing job classifications for Director of Community Engagement and Assistant Director of Special Education have been revised to reflect a title change. The new titles for these positions are Coordinator of Community Engagement and Coordinator of Special Education. If approved, the revised titles will be placed at Level 11 on the Leadership Management Salary Schedule.
Status
Fiscal Impact The revised job classifications will be placed at a lower range on the Leadership Management Association Salary Schedule, resulting in a cost savings to our District.
Superintendent's Recommendation: Approve the proposed revised job descriptions for Coordinator of Community Engagement and Coordinator of Special Education.
