On August 7, 2024, bids were received in preparation of Emergency Roofing Repairs Districtwide due to the anticipated 2024-25 Rain Season. This project has been identified as part of Measure J. |

Status: |

A request for bids was made based on hourly rates, and three bids were received on August 27, 2024. The lowest responsible bid was Waterproofing Associates with a bid of $145.00 per hour, for a seventy-five thousand dollar ($75,000.00) Blanket Purchase Order for roofing repairs Districtwide, if needed. |

The total contracted amount with Waterproofing Associates will be seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) and will be funded by Measure J. |
